Mechatest specialises in representative sampling systems for fiscal, custody-transfer and quality applications across oil, gas and chemicals. Every system is engineered around the actual process conditions - phase, viscosity, pressure, temperature and contaminants - to ensure the sample reaching the analyser or laboratory cylinder is unchanged from the bulk fluid.
Our scope spans closed-loop liquid sampling (ISO 3171, API MPMS Ch. 8), natural and process gas conditioning (ISO 10715), constant-pressure LPG sampling (ISO 4257), and full sonic-nozzle test rigs. Systems are delivered as fully assembled, leak-tested panels with documentation packages ready for site integration.
